If a course does not meet your expectations, request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the lessons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Pre-launch and early-bird purchases
Early-bird purchases can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the course opens.
Services
Service engagements are governed by their written scope. Fixed-scope projects are billed per milestone; a milestone already accepted is non-refundable. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice; unused reserved hours in the notice period are not refunded.
