Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Course access is personal and may not be shared or resold.
Courses and content
Course materials are licensed to you for personal learning. Free tutorials on the Site may be read and linked freely; republishing them requires permission. Code samples are provided under the licence stated in their repository.
Services
Services are delivered under a written scope or retainer agreement that takes precedence over these terms for that engagement. Intellectual property in delivered work transfers to you on full payment unless agreed otherwise.
Payments and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, W3colleges is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site, courses or services.
